Reroof RTR shelter at SFO. We were able to go in and get it knocked out in a week. It was not a large project but they needed the right sub to complete the work on the active airport facility. The work was highly supervised by the FAA. The project finished on time and budget. No subcontractors were used. 100% of the work was selfperformed.

USDA Aberdeen Reroof
Reroof of seed repository facility that is home to over 250,000 species of seeds and is one of three facilities like this in the world. Surface area is 16,500 and 9,000 SQFT with white 60 Mil single-ply. Project was a competitive bid. No subcontractors will be used. 100% of the work is self-performed.
Trinity Dam Outlet Valve Building Reroof
Trinity Dam Outlet Valve Bldg roof replacement, located 8 mi N of Lewiston CA. Existing built-up roof containing asbestos needed to be removed from the building and replaced with a new membrane roofing system. Project was a competitive bid. The project was completed on schedule and budget. We subcontracted the asbestos work, everything else we perform in house. The only subcontractor was ASI, who did the abatement.
Bureau of Indian Affairs Electrical Upgrade
Upgraded electrical system, new switch gear and electrical panels, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Riverside, CA. Project was a competitive bid. This project involved a number of trades and required very little roofing. The bulk of the work was replacing electrical panels and a switch gear in the cafeteria of the school. To do so underground were required to be upgraded. The project execution occurred during the student’s winter break because that was the only time that was acceptable by the school to have the cafeteria non-operational. We had to phase work to ensure everything was completed prior to the students returning from break. We finished the work on schedule with no impact to the students or school and on budget. Longhorn Electric was our only subcontractor on this project.
Nellis AFB Sunshades
Replace Sunshade canvas for vehicle shade structures in fuel depot, Nellis AFB, NV. Project was a competitive bid. This project required the replacement of 25,000 sf of canvas roofing coving aircraft refueling vehicles. The work was performed during active refueling operations and took extensive coordination to ensure our operation did not impact the refueling mission. Project finished on time and on budget. No subcontractors were used. 100% of the work was self-performed
NNSA Data Cabling and Electrical Upgrade
The IARC Security Operations Center (SOC) performs 24x7x365 enterprise-wide security monitoring of all traffic passing through NNSA classified and unclassified networks. The center provides intrusion detection and event forensics. The IARC also serves as the Computer Network Defense Service Provider (CNDSP) for DOE and NNSA networks connecting to the Department of Defense (DoD) SIPRNet.
In anticipation of NNSA’s IARC (Information Assurance Response Center) moving their operations into the Nevada Field Office in Las Vegas, electrical and data cable upgrades were performed. This project encompassed 3 floors, a data center and over 60 workstations and conference rooms. Each workstation received 6 CAT6 drops and 6 fiber optics drops. Fiber backbone and VoIP backbone was installed from the data center to various communication closets throughout the 3 floors.
FAA Air Route Surveillance Radar Reroof, Epoxy Floor and Asphalt
Reroof ASAR facility, Ajo, AZ. Subcontractor for Parsons and the FAA, plus change order to pave, and do some TI work. Project was a competitive bid. The reroof occurred on an active ASAR facility with no impact to its operation. The COR was so pleased with our work they added additional items for us to do which included paving a parking lot and some little interior TI work. The project got extended for the additional work and the budget was increased to account for the requested additional work. Subcontractors used on this project were, Nations Roof, and a paving subcontractor.
Klamath Falls Air National Guard Reroof
Reroofed FAA base building and electrical generator building at Klamath Falls FAA Airport. This project was competitively bid. Subcontractors were Accelerated Building (electrical and HVAC), Nations Roof, and we self-performed a portion of the roof as well.
